“Excellent staff & very good customer service”
Jacintha was extremely very helpful and very friendly at breakfast , aswell as Agiston took care of us in the reception, very professionally served by both of them.. I will recommend my friends to be in premium Inn wembley... cheers

Great service from Jacintha Jimmy in Reception and Agistan Made it easy for me to keep my medication with me by freezing my ice packs Jacintha was lovely while I was having breakfast also came to give me my food after waiting Hotel is accessible too

“Great service and friendly, dated hotel”
This hotel is convenient with children able to park for £10 a night, right outside & be able to only walk a few steps to the tube. The staff are friendly, and helpful, always lovely food. The only downside is dated hotel, and more cleaning needed.
