“Great location”
We had a fabulous stay at Posada del Virrey. It is located within walking distance to many restaurants. We enjoyed walking one block and seeing a gorgeous sunset. Internet was good. Breakfast was delightful. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the first floor with a shared patio.

“Perfect place, perfect location”
Very Nice place to stay. Location in old historic city. Good breakfast. Nice staff. You really feel a guest, they do everything to help you. English is a little problem, but with Google translate, communication is no problem.

“Great location and delicious breakfast”
My second time at this lovely boutique hotel. Only two blocks from the Old Town and half a block from the river. It’s one of the best locations you can get in Colonia. “"too much ado without nothing"”
An old building with a famous name without connnection to the Posada itself. Too expensive for a rather simple/bare, yet very clean huge room. Very good breakfast for those who love sweets as locals usually do. Nothing to add to an interesting historic town.
