“Beautiful little hotel right next to everything.”
We are staying at the Posada Plaza Mayor at the moment. We arrived early so our room wasn’t available but our luggage was stored with no problem. “Customer Service is Not a Priority”
We travel a lot and have stayed in thousands of hotels. This has to be one of the most bizarre customer service issues we have experienced.
