“Juan”
Very good. They solved a cancellation that Booking.com had made without notification and mantained the same price. All the staff was very kind. The view of the lake is very beautiful and the facilities are great

“Ideal for couples with young children”
Large, clean rooms; excellent facilities and staff for children. I would say this hotel is ideal for familes. I suggest improving the quality of the ingredients used for preparing breakfast which, though aesthetically pleasing to the eye, leaves a lot to be desired.
