We had a great time. We stayed in unit 579. The unit was clean & had everything we needed, except potholders. Easy beach access & nice walkway. Trash chute was very convenient. We did have an issue with the clothes dryer. Also, we called as our info brochure said no internet password was required. The password given didn’t work & we were told to call back. It kept shutting off & took a long time to dry clothes. Also, despite it being advertised as a keyless entry unit it wasn’t. We received an email confirmation that also stated it was keyless entry & for our convenience we’d receive a door code. Instead, there was confusion while we were enroute when we received a text stating we had to pick up keys elsewhere in another building. We had to call & it took a bit to get through. (Called 3 different numbers) There was a keyless entry on door, so we’re not sure why it wasn’t used. Keyless entry was important to us & part of the reason we booked this unit. as last year we stayed in a different condo complex that required us to pick up & return keys elsewhere. Checking out was confusing, as we were told we had to turn in keys, but we received a text stating all we had to do was text back when we departed. We turned in keys & lady in office didn’t know how to print a receipt of receiving them. There was info stating failure to turn in or lost keys would incur a charge She gave a number for us to call if there was an issue. It’s a pain having to keep track of keys, so I’d double check if your unit is keyless or requires keys.

“Beautiful beach view”

We stayed in condo 578. The condo was very clean! Comfy mattresses./beds. The location was great, the ocean front beach views from the balcony were beautiful and the maintenance crew fantastic! The pool was nice and outdoor bathrooms by the pool were very clean and spacious. The washer and dryer were great. The wall decor and furniture very nice. However ,I am not sure that we would stay in this particular unit again secondary to the following: the front bedroom closet was loaded with " painting supplies, old closet door and just junk, taking up half the closet etc. All of that should have been stored elsewhere. There was a sofa table ? in the room also taking up space and it too had junk in the drawer. The curtains were terrible and did not block the sunlight coming in the room in the am and at night light shown in from the outside lights. The other room had darkening curtains etc which should have been in the front room as well. No door peephole( safety issue?) The front bathroom had a cheap shower curtain liner that we had to fight with every time we took a shower. Also the tub drained very slowly . And whoever was painting these rooms, wow very messy on the doorframes,baseboards etc.

Bathroom sinks very slow to drain. To many controls to the TV. There was no linen for the pull out couch. Other than this the condo was clean with a nice balcony. It was very good access to the beach. The office in the East building the was one lady that was very rude. The ladies that was there when I checked out on the morning of the 8th was very friendly.

“Not the best but good for the price”

If you stay here don't forget to bring toilet paper I wasn't aware but they don't furnish it for you. It would of been nice to know to bring it with me. Front desk girls are rude an they gave my room card to someone without my permission because she said I told her to go in room.
