Great location near conference center. Lashana and Chris were fabulous when I checked in. I started frustrated and they took over in a great service response to say "I got you". Only suggestion is I did check in ahead. Digital key wouldn't work I am usually tech savvy. And getting in parking wasn't clear. They addressed it perfectly but I wish they would've had more info on site. Otherwise beautiful place.

The positives… on breakfast omelette station and the proximity to Von Braun Center. Negatives … oh my gosh the parking. You enter and exit by swiping the room key …this never worked once …so you have to buzz reception…go through automated answers and then wait for someone to raise the barrier. Eve… more

The positives… on breakfast omelette station and the proximity to Von Braun Center. Negatives … oh my gosh the parking. You enter and exit by swiping the room key …this never worked once …so you have to buzz reception…go through automated answers and then wait for someone to raise the barrier. Every single time you want to enter or exit. So frustrating. Anyway on the whole it’s not your typical decent Hilton experience. The decor looks aged - the reception staff not particularly welcoming or cheery. No one to greet or seat you for breakfast. It’s just grab a table and serve yourself - not the widest choice I.done straightforward black coffee dispenser - no latte/cappuccino etc. basic breakfast but the omelette station was pretty decent. Perfect location for graduation at Von Braun Center and nearby lots of restaurants etc. Spring Park. The bar was empty of people during the day - no warmth or cheer. Rooms average - no kettle but fridge and basic coffee machine ice bucket. Didn’t use pool or gym. All in all very average but the hassle about parking kind of spoilt the stay.

“Work trip”

I stayed here for a work conference. The hotel is very large. The Happy hour in the evenings was a good addition. I stayed here for a work conference. The hotel is very large. The Happy hour in the evenings was a good addition. I arrived around 4 pm, my room was still not ready and they asked if I could wait in the lobby. I sat and talked with friends for about 40 mins and our rooms were ready. One of my co-workers who isn't a Hilton rewards member received a large and I mean large bag of snacks(they had some for the trip home 4 days later) great for them. I thought being a Diamond, I was about to receive the same, negative. I asked about the snacks and she told me that they were upgraded for having to wait. I thought, I was waiting with them. Oh well, at least someone was upgraded lol My room was very large. Separate living area and bedroom area. I noticed a lot of hair on the bathroom floor but other than that pretty clean. The kureg had a few different types of tea but only decaffeinated coffee. What are they trying to tell me hehehe The iron board has seen better days with the padding and cover hanging on for dear life. Best part about the hotel was the 2nd floor sky bridge to the conference center.
