“Pre Cruise Hotel”
Stayed 1 night pre cruise right after Christmas. The check in was pleasant, very friendly. Hotel was very clean and still decorated for Christmas. The room was laid out nicely. It is very big high rise building with beautiful views of river and city. Check in was smooth. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are not as comfortable as what those should be. We had another lovely stay at the Mobile Renaissance. Front desk and serving staff are very kind with few exceptions. Still wished they offered at least two bottles of water to Bonvoy members.
