I stayed recently at the Hilton Anchorage and was welcomed by Melissa G. who was amazing and super helpful, when I told her my room was abit too close to the elevator she moved and upgraded me with no hesitation. Excellent customer service! Will be back

“Lovely and welcoming”
The location is ideal, the room is lovely with a view, breakfast is nice, but the big surprise was the welcoming staff at the front. Melissa G was a delight and made my stay here wonderful from the beginning.

“Will return...once renos are done!”
This hotel is under renovation. The lobby is nice, but the rooms haven't been completed. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us and the hot tub was broken. The two main reasons we booked were for the location and a hot tub after skiing. Staff was polite! View from the room was great!
