“Great staff”
The front desk at this hotel is amazing! I lost my phone and the front desk was up all night helping me find it. Then later they were so kind as to deliver it to my room as they knew I need so sleep.

“Excellent & Accessible to town!”
Had a waterfront view and clean room. Easy access to restaurants, coffee, and walking routes. Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Maggie at the front was exceptional!

“Absolutely Wonderful Stay!”
We had such a great experience at Four Points Juneau! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect — right next to the water and close to everything downtown. Would definitely come back next time we’re in Juneau!

“Great stay!”
Just in town one night for business. Four points is downtown - easy walk to all the cool shops and restaurants. The room was super clean , coffee bar in the am was on point, and staff were pleasant. Had a great stay.

“Worse than basic”
Room ok, clean and basic, bed comfy, curtains do not pull all the way across window so if your in a front room road lights shine in all night! Breakfast…. If you can call it that, awful!!
