We have been traveling the last two weeks, staying in Utah and Colorado. Unfortunately, we were experiencing car trouble and had to leave Durango to drive to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Because the dealership, there could get the part by wednesday at noon or by thursday at noon, so we made the 33 and a half hour drive down to albuquerque, and found this hotel baymont by wyndham, I walked in to check in, and there was a girl behind the counter, named Merari. I walked in and was kind of explaining to her what was happening. We were trying to get home and couldn't. Because we had car trouble and had to drive all the way down here. Because the dealership, the only place that had the part. So and she expressed her concerns to me, she was so pleasant and nice and helpful. Let us check-in. Are we just so that we wouldn't have to set out in our car? So we get app to the room and decided to spend some time in the pool, which really, really relaxed us. And took a lot of stress off of our shoulders, but I tried to explain to Merari that it's questionable on when the part would come in. It could possibly come in Wednesday morning by noon, and then we could leave or by Thursday morning at noon, and if that was the case, we would have to stay another night. And she was so nice about it and said, well, just let me know. As soon as they call you as soon as you guys find out, call me and let me know. So luckily, we did get the call at 1045 Wednesday. That the part was in. So I went down and I told her, and our plan was to get the part, fix it, drive back. And get checked out, but I told her I didn't think we could do that. All by noon, so she suggested the late checkout for a little extra mommy for 1 o'clock, so that's what we went with. We drove to the dealership, got the part and started trying to fix it. And of course, that never goes, according to plan. It should have been 45 minute job, but of course it took us longer. But I went ahead and went inside. We were hoping to get done. Come back in, shower. And then take off to head home, but we couldn't get done. So I went in at quarter. Till and packed up all of our stuff on a rack brought it down. I checked out and I asked her. I said, can I leave this stuff? Sit here for about 15 more minutes. We only need about 15 more minutes. And we'll be done, and she was more than happy. She goes, I will watch It for you. So that's what we did. And we got done, and I came back in and thanked her again. And she was just so nice, went above and above above. And beyond for us and just with a smile on her face, she just was so pleasant, and I was so impressed, and I also when I first got there was so impressed with the cleanliness of that place. I mean, you could see your reflection in the floors and it just smelled fresh and clean, and I told her that as soon as I walked in, we have stayed a lot of places. This trip and this was the best one. And even the breakfast in the morning, the breakfast staff was awesome. Also, the food was awesome. My overall experience here. Just it just made my day also even though we were having so much trouble. But I just wanted to give recognition, where it's due Merari is very pleasant and listened to me when I talked and seemed like she really cared, and I really believed she did, but I wanted to give her the. Recognition, she is an asset to your company, and I give you guys a ten plus plus plus!!!!! And we'll definitely recommend you guys to any of my friends or if we ever do make it that way again, I will definitely be staying here. 😁😁
