“Quiet, relaxing, good food, friendly staff 10/10 would stay again”
We were driving through Eureka Springs on our way back to Oklahoma. The weather was so nice we decided to see if they was vacancy, there was so we stayed and enjoyed a nice day in Eureka. “The Best of the Best”
This is a great location, they have great staff, and a great restaurant on site to boot. You couldn't ask for anything more in a Best Western.

“From the top to the bottom, they all work hard to make everyone happy with all their needs are met. No shortcuts here.”
The front clerk staff are happy and want to make sure you are too. The housekeeping are not seen; but, they are like ghosts, rooms are clean and spotless. The management team there are seen roaming and doing their jobs too. This is one group that is not going to be beat in any area.

“Good Hotel, Location, & Restaurant”
We stayed for 4 nights with a large group. Room was large, we had 3 pieces of luggage, 2 bankers boxes of event supplies, and 3 bags full of snacks, items purchased enroute. “Other places to stay in eureka”
Booking site said pet friendly. They charged me a pet fee. I requested a lower level room. Management claimed they received no such request. Would not work with me on either issue.
