“older hotel with lots of heart”
The staff here here are marvelous and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel appears a little older but has been recently updated. The refrigerator was really loud and we unplugged it, but everything else was awesome.

“Nice Place to Stay”
Location was good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and quiet. There were several people who had dogs with them, but we did not hear any barking. “OK stay, nothing special”
Room was clean but nothing special. Location was industrial. Afternoon guest service associate was friendly. Yes, No, over there. Will choose different location should I visit Jonesboro again. Breakfast was typical Hampton inn breakfast.

“WILL NEVER USE THIS SIGHT AGAIN”
The hotel was great but, I called the number listed because I needed a specific floor, I was scamed by using expedia services when I booked.
