1. This is about my hundredth stay or so at this location (which is so convenient near all the hospitals) and I will keep staying another 100 times or more if we need to be in Little Rock!!! 2. Brady @ the front desk along with almost every other employee I have met have been nothing short of angels, absolute angels. When you have a sick relative in the hospital kindness matters A LOT. And if you are staying with a loved one in the hospital tell them and get the hospital rate for $99! 3. They have the most comfy beds and pillows!!! 4. They have air conditioners that run all night instead of shutting on and off all night. 5. White bedding. 6. They have a good breakfast in the mornings and cookies in the evenings. Now this is Little Rock so you are going to have your bad apples such as Jasmine who works at the desk in the evenings sometimes and is the rudest person ever!!!! The laudry room at night usually smells like cigarettes and marijuana. The pool is a little small for my liking but still nice. I could just keep going on and on but I won't. Just trust me and GO!

“Our stay was perfect”

We were on a road trip, passing through we selected Wingate and found this location to be very well run. Very clean and properly staffed with some wonderful people. Highly recommend.

Well..... The first night, I arrived at around 1am and I was put into a room that smelled like two skunks had puked up roadkill, but I didn't complain because I was just too tired. I did request a change of rooms the next day because I was afraid I might join those skunks by leaving my last meal in that room. Brady at the front desk was extremely helpful. He gave me 2 room keys so I could check out a couple of different rooms. The first was occupied. Oops. When I let Brady know, he was apologetic and immediately called the room to apologize to the people there. The next room I checked had the odor of a summer's eve. And I mean vinegarry, like a douche. Finally, the next was great. No smell, very clean. However, the shower had 3 bottles of conditioner. Weird. They did leave 3 small containers of shampoo, though. So that was nice. No body wash, but there was a small bar of soap that brought to mind my son who is in prison and complains that they only give out tiny bars of soap that they expect you to make last for a month. On the very positive side, you guys have THE BEST towels!! So darn THIRSTY!! They may not be soft, but they dried me off like a desert seeking rain. Felt a bit like that sand too, I imagine. In conclusion, for the price I paid, I feel it was fair. I know the toiletries are complimentary and I am happy to have them. The absolute BEST thing about the 3 nights I stayed had to be BRADY, your front desk clerk. He was extremely patient, helpful, kind, and courteous. Give that man a raise!
