“Nice Hotel”
Nice hotel near the NAU campus. Close to downtown and several restaurants and Walmart. Breakfast is not free. Excellent customer service.

The hotel was just OK for an overnight stay. I did not feel valued as a Diamond level customer. Lobby area is very nice. No bottled water in room. “OK Stay”
The lobby was pleasant and clean. Parking was ample and easy. Staff were not especially friendly and welcoming. We are Diamond members and usually get free waters and a choice of snack. “No Restaurant or Bar as advertised.”
The hotel was nice, clean rooms. However, it advertises restaurant on site and they do not have one.
