“Above and BEYOND”
Pulled up after a long journey and was greeted with open arms by PIERRE (nightshift) he got me signed up for rewards and went above and beyond to make sure my stay is as comfortable as possible from informing me about breakfast to coming to the 3rd story to get my T.V. on....give this man a raise 💯… more

“Kindness is alive.”
Just want to say after problems at another hotel we rolled in at almost midnight and Peire at the front desk helped us out. I’m a disabled vet traveling with a hip replacement and we appreciate everything they did to help us out.

“Great friendly service”
Hotels.com messed up our room but Pierre was excellent! He called the manager, did extra things to ensure our room was good. Highly recommend 1989 Navajo in Holbrook AZ, as they are super friendly and care about our visit to this town.

“Our purpose was served "...with a dose of disappointment"”
1. Amanda, the Mgr., was fantastic! “Cleanliness”
The staff was very helpful and very friendly.the rooms weren't that bad for a quick in quick out but the bathroom was terrible the shower was dirty and had a hole in the bottom there was no gripping or anything to keep you from falling on the slick tub.
