“Great property”
Clean, nice and quiet rooms, complimentary breakfast. Had to come to Lake Havasu because my wife was taken by emergency ambulance from Kingman, Despite being last minute and not sure of how long I'd need a room or when I'd leave. “Quick stop.”
Refrigerator works great. There was no pet area with grass or a place where they could run around. The floor was swept but not mopped. Bed was very comfortable.

“Convenient Location and Reasonably Priced”
This was a very competitively priced motel in LHC. It was very conveniently located easily walkable to the London Bridge and the Village. “Fine stay”
Overall fine stay. After a mix up with another hotel, we booked a room here. Room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was average hotel fare.
