“Excellent location great customer service, excellent employees work here.”
The Front Desk staff Asa and Kaibrey were professional and friendly in every interaction that I had with them. Asa reached out shortly after checking in to verify that everything was up to par with my room. Then the second night he reached out again to ask how things were going.

“Amazing experience & beautiful hotel!”

“Good stay with a couple hiccups”
We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa for a soccer tournament, and overall it was a good fit for the event. There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. Our room door lock battery died, and it took about 20 minutes for maintenance to arrive and fix it. Not a huge deal, but… more
