“Perfect mid Phoenix hotel”
From checkin to checkout, this was a great hotel. Checkin with Elizabeth was outstanding. Her service, friendliness and professionalism is the best. The room was comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked and excellent coffee.

“Decent for price”
Biggest issue was TripAdvisor states there is an airport shuttle. There is not. I booked hotel b/c had shuttle so that needs to be updated. I did appreciate offer of later checkout & able to leave bags in office since flight was in the evening. Clean room, felt safe. Breakfast ok.

“Great stay”
Great hotel clean room nice bathroom staff was helpful and friendly. Water was complimentary. We stayed on first floor and quiet didn’t hear anyone above us. Breakfast was hot and good for free. Parking is 10$ but easy parking Located around a lot of other restaurants and such

“Pool and Hot Tub is disguising!!”
The pool and hot tub were disguising! There was mold in the pool and hot tub. There was sand and gravel in hot tub. We were afraid of getting in for fear of getting sick!! It’s a shame their pool area is very nice which is outside.
