Hotel was amazing, nice and clean! Roy our valet was absolutely awesome! He was super friendly! Roy overall made our experience 100 times better!

“Best valet service ever!”
I have to say i was thoroughly impressed with a young gentleman by the name of dominic. He greeted me with the upmost hospitality and was treated me with excellent customer service. Any corporation would be lucky to have an employee like dominic.

“Great...except we didn't get housekeeping service and the shampoo pump bottle was empty.”
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact we didn't have any shampoo and our room wasn't serviced.
