“Small sanctuary that provides all the personal touches”
Had an amazing peaceful stay. I had completed a 7 day backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon, and the Hermosa Inn was a sanctuary to spend a few days at before flying home. Peaceful, small and personal appeal

Everything was excellent. The rooms, food, environment, people .... Everything was great. My hat is off to the management.

“Nice, quiet hotel”
The grounds are beautiful. Our room is was dated but very comfortable. Location was good, about a 30 minute walk to the Biltmore. Everything was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was pleasant and friendly.

“Worth the extra cost as this is a pleasant stay with perks”
A fine boutique inn that has a very thoughtful design to its casita rooms, great grounds, and fine staff that are pleasant to deal with. In addition, there is fine dining at Lon's located at the Inn. A very pleasant experience.

“Nice location”
Very nice, private location. Pretty, well-maintained grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Casitas are spacious, but a bit bland with plus-size "southwestern" furniture. Beds/bedding comfortable. Bathroom good; nice hot shower, but a bit more water pressure would be nice. Coffee… more
