“Amazing Hotel, Amazing Staff!”

“Great shuttle”
Hilton PHX has a free shuttle leaving every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour 24 hours a day. Very reliable. Easy check in and check out. Rooms are large and comfortable. Minimal airport noise. On site restaurant is a sports bar.

“Good location… unfortunately…smoking by pool”
Hotel was close to the airport. Shuttle was fine. Room was good and quiet. Gave three stars because we booked the hotel for the pool and balcony. Unfortunately they allow smoking right by the pool. “Unsatisfied”
They charge $15 a day for parking but don’t offer a secured parking area, not do they provide security patrolling the parking lot
