I just want to emphasize how excellent the customer service I received was. Juan from banquets went above and beyond by going out of his way to show me the different point of view restaurant as well as giving us great entertainment recommendations around town.

“Unique, clean and fun.”
Clean and nice. We had a great time. The facility is definitely a bit tired and things are not pristine. I’m sure in its day it was amazing but worth going for sure.

“Fix this place up!!!”
I wish I had done more research before we stayed at this resort. I counted on the reputation of Hilton to deliver a much higher quality of standard. This resort is very tired, to say the least. The decks around the pools are mostly broken, the plants that decorate the property look sad and unkempt.… more
