“The breakfast experience”
I ATE AT THE BUFFET , ITS BEEN A couple of times now. Christina is always alone and holds it down, that girl deserves a raise or even help she's a great employee to your team!

“Great location. Accomodating staff.”
Location is wonderful if you're attending a conference at the convention center. Staff is delightful and very helpful. Room feels tired. Hotel didn't quite live up to what I expect from a Hyatt Regency based on previous experiences.

“Rethink the pool area.”
The hotel was clean and nice. The layout made some rooms feel far from the elevator. Note the pool is small and only receives direct sun light from about 11:15 to 3:15. The pool furniture is metal and you will burn yourself if your not careful.

“A mish-mash of good and unacceptable”
When we arrived we saw corners of carpet were pulled up from floor and were tripping hazards. Repairs took over an hour and ran after 9 pm. The room had a day bed (they called it a bunk bed)instead of sofa sleeper, and that was small for the adult sleeping in it. The shower had a step in… more
