“Fantastic Service!”
Had breakfast at Prado all four mornings and it was fantastic! Ask for Carmen to be your server! She is wonderful and by the last day, knew my coffee order! “Vacation experience”
It was a beautiful resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable! We ordered breakfast in bed and it surpassed our expectations. The pool service was exceptional with not much wait.

Great experience. Nice hotel. Starting to show a bit of age in rooms but great service, amenities. Excellent food and drink. Exceptional staff standouts are Daniel bar manager at Prado and Carlos server at oasis pool.
