This was our first time staying at this Wyndham property in Sedona, as guests of family members. The two bedroom condo was huge with more than enough room for us. We had an issue with water from the master shower leaking onto the bathroom tile, it looks like they removed a shower door and put up a curtain in it’s place. We were staying upstairs which had a partial view of the beautiful red rocks and the gorgeous trees on the property. It snowed all day on Friday and we loved watching the snow fall from our master suite and living room. The snow was beautiful but it did make it a bit challenging going up and down the stairs with a bad knee. Unfortunately there is no indoor staircase or elevator so it was difficult to navigate the stairs when both the stairs and railing had snow and ice on them. Fortunately for us, they put salt down right before check out which helped a bit. It’s really too bad the stairs can’t be covered. The condo is conveniently located in town with all kinds of restaurants surrounding it. It was a nice stay.

“Lovely Second Visit”

Second time staying here (previously in March, 2019), and again enjoyed our stay. The 2 BR/2 bath unit was spacious and had full kitchen and washer and dryer. Second time staying here (previously in March, 2019), and again enjoyed our stay. The 2 BR/2 bath unit was spacious and had full kitchen and washer and dryer. I was hoping for views of the red rocks but because of trees and vegetation we just had a sliver of a view. Even though this is in west Sedona, there were plenty of restaurants nearby and a Safeway only a few blocks away. It was unusually warm for Mid-May but that meant we enjoyed the pool versus our last visit. Plenty of parking, very quiet, main building with videos and books available.

We had a booking for two 1-bedroom suites, which didn't have accurate photos of rooms on website. No balcony or patio with tables for our king suites, hence 3 stars. Our suites were not located near each other; the reception desk said that would require a special request, and we didn't specify downstairs units. Only one downstairs unit was avaliable, which was very dark, and the front door won't stay open to let in air. The living room has one sofabed, a table with 4 dining chairs; the bedroom and kitchenette were fine, and the bathroom had a small sink and a tub with shower & a curtain. Nice to have a washer & dryer unit in rooms (no room service or restaurant on site). There are sporatic BBQs and small picnic tables available, but were not nearby our units. There's at least 18 stairs and no elevators to help carry luggage and groceries. All guest parking isn't covered, so try to find a tree for a bit of shade. We stayed 6 nights, and really enjoyed a Stargazing evening led by our knowledgeable guide, Adam, who brought his telescope and he also had night vision goggles, plus we had one relaxing morning Sound Bathing session led by Elena. Due to late check-in at 4pm and a 10am check out, we missed other hosted events on those days. The pool is very nice and quiet. All the staff were pleasant and helpful; we booked excursions, and the resort location is convenient for driving to restaurants and sites in town. I'd recommend if you're booking carefully about expectations.
