I loved my stay here in blg 33 rm 406. The view was stunning. The studio had everything to cook. The bathroom was huge! The place was very clean. Everything was wonderful. It is NOT necessary to listen to the sales pitch. The deposit is separate and immediately released at checkout. This is a great place for multi generational families to meet. The price-value is 👍👍👍

“Great Stay at Hilton Sedona!”

We are having a fabulous stay at Hilton Vacation Club Sedona. Our one bedroom unit is HUGE - the largest one bedroom units we have ever had in our 25 years of timesharing. While our unit does not have a view, the views from the resort are stunning. Even as a RCI timeshare exchange, they still charge you $23 a night resort fee. The staff here is amazing. From check-in, to mid-week housekeeping, to the maintenance team. We casually mentioned some broken glass near our door to a grounds keeper. 30 minutes later, not only was it cleaned up but we were called by the front office to make sure it was cleaned up. We never even officially reported it. The resort is 5 miles outside of "uptown" Sedona, which we don't mind at all. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, hiking trails, anything you can imagine nearby. We are not using any of the facilties, like the pools, club house, gym as we are too busy hiking and exploring all day long but they look very nice. Other reviewers are correct, they inability to stream movies on the TV is very annoying. Hilton should do much better in this category. I know it's a first world problem, but it is an expectation these days, especially with a brand like Hilton. Our housekeeper did such a great job on our mid-week refresh that we chased her down the hallway to tip her. We didn't get her name, but room 102 on 6/1. Lastly, we were asked to attend a timeshare sales presentation and I told them that we already owned two weeks of timeshare and not only did not want to attend a presentation. We also told them that we didn't want to be called all week asking us to attend a presention. I'm so impressed that they have honored our wishes and have not contacted us since. (Most other timeshare resorts we have stayed at called us all week long.) All in all, we are enjoying our stay. We love the location of the resort. We love the large size of our 1 bedroom. We love the staff and would not hesistate to stay here again.

We’re staying in until 261A. We just checked in this afternoon (May 30, 2026). Checking in was fun but they REQUIRE you to attend a 90 minute sales pitch meeting about some kind of timeshare or vacation club type thing. If you DON’T ; you forfeit about $200 in service fees!! Checking in was fun but they REQUIRE you to attend a 90 minute sales pitch meeting about some kind of timeshare or vacation club type thing. If you DON’T ; you forfeit about $200 in service fees!! I call BullS^*%!! 😡 we’re going to attend but ONLY to get our money back! I’m Retired Military so we booked our stay through ARMED FORCES VACATION CLUB. This is the first time we’ve run into this issue and the other times we’ve booked through AFVC we were in places that were through Wyndham resorts. Which honestly were MUCH nicer! On the positive note we were given an upgrade just for the asking of a room with a Mountain View and the check in people were a complete pleasure to deal with and we really enjoyed the experience! (Despite the sales pitch requirement) Also they were very helpful in recommending some restaurants and other area attractions so they are a good resource for what to do in the area! The furniture is definitely in need of some upgrades! Most of it looks like it came from a thrift store! The TV is not able to connect to the internet so any streaming services will NOT be available 😡. I called the front desk and asked about it and they said they have over 200 movies on DVD available for check out and they would be happy to provide us a dvd player. I couldn’t believe it! This is 2026! Not 1996🤣. Since we’ve only been here a few hours I can’t really say much more. The pool is right across from us and looks great and the view from our balcony is AMAZING!🤩 😍🙀. We’re excited to check out the area and see the Grand Canyon at sunset (we took the sunset tour for this coming Wednesday) and a few other tours we booked. Before I end this review; I have to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the drive from Sedona to Flagstaff on Hwy 89A! It’s jaw dropping gorgeous!!! I’m Sure we’ll enjoy our time here! And if you choose to come here I think you will too! Just don’t expect a 5 star resort! It’s nice! Don’t get me wrong. But it definitely needs some updating!!

“Given to wrong room and dishonest about it”

Before I made reservations, I called and talked with a representative to make sure I got the 2 bedroom unit because we needed the 3 beds so no one would have to sleep on the pull out sofa. … more

We have stayed here a few times and love it. We have stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and a unit with a lock off. Before I made reservations, I called and talked with a representative to make sure I got the 2 bedroom unit because we needed the 3 beds so no one would have to sleep on the pull out sofa. When we arrived we got a 2 bedroom lock off. It has 2 bed and 2 pull out sofas. I called the front desk, she told me they don't have a 2 bedroom with 3 beds. I told her we have stay in a room like that and she still denied it. When we were out walking, a lady was sitting on the balcony where we stay before with the 2 bedroom. I asked her about her unit. Of course it was the 2 bedroom with the 3 beds. I called the front desk again because the coffee pot in my sisters studio unit had lots of black slim in it and I asked again about the unit I had reserved, and told her what the lady told me. They still denied it. If you look at their site on RCI, you will see 2 different 2 bedroom descriptions, one that sleeps 6 and one that sleeps 8. They were dishonest with me. Also, we trusted the cleaning service and to have black slim in the coffee pot was discussing and unacceptable especially in the current times we are living. I'm very upset and expected better.
