Wonderful stay in Sedona. Highly recommend. Great view. Great bar. Very helpful staff. This is a hotel I will return to and will al seats recommend to others visiting Sedona. 10/10

This is a lovely hotel! There are amazing views of the red rocks on the east facing or “sunrise” rooms and stunning views of mountains and the sunset on the west facing or “sunset” rooms. The moon rising ceremony was very special, and I enjoyed the morning meditation to start my day. The terraces are community style with ample and comfortable furnishings and of course, the views! Head over to the heart-rocks for the sunrise!

We had actually enjoyed our stay at the hotel, though we were sceptical at first after reading multiple negative reviews. It all depends on your accomodation and price expectations, and reason for the stay. This hotel has lots of rooms with amazing SHARED views, it is centrally located and staff was mostly very helpful, just seem a bit overworked, bar drinks were good with plenty of alcohol and lobby area was amazing, with great views and nightly entertaiment. Please note that this is a 3-star rated hotel, expect rather glorified motel layout. Make sure to get a room which is not facing the parking lot as the only view you will get will be a view of someons else's car parked next to your window (you might be able to request property map in advance). Hotel has no elevator, with floors counting downward, with 3rd floor being on the paking level (I do believe there is an alternative, non-stair access, to downstairs rooms, but check with hotel). And please, please - remember to close curtions to keep yourself private, once again it is a motel layout. This hotel is not for you if you are expecting traditional 4-5 stars hotel experience for price paid or if you are offended by mandatory and parking fees which most of hotels mandate nowdays ( this hotel has $20 destination fee, wich includes $10 food and beverage credit to which they are adding 20% mandatory service charge). Sedona is extremely overpriced, for both food and stays, but this is a popular tourist destination and beautiful place which we were looking forward to visit for a very long time.

Clean room but massive chemical smell. Likes perfume cleaners. Really strong. I had to air it out. It was just okay. Staff was nice. Clean room but massive chemical smell. Likes perfume cleaners. Really strong. I had to air it out. It was just okay. Staff was nice. But you literally have to walk down two flights of huge stairs to get to your room. We had my 74 year old dad with us and I was worried he was going to fall. I could have asked for a room on the lobby level but we had already put our bags in the rooms once we figured out where. Pool they make look like it big and nice. It looks like a recreation tiny little apartment pool and spa. They do have a bar in the lobby but that’s about it. If you are looking for amenities don’t stay here. But the room was clean. It says heart of Sedona but it’s actually a mile away from everything so just know you will need to drive to the shops. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again but it was fine for what we needed.
