We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel. The accomodations were very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. “Great Hotel”
The hotel was great, and the train ride wonderful! Grand Canyon Railway to Grand Canyon, we took a bus for a tour of the canyon, stopped for lunch first, we enjoyed it all and what a breatraking Grand Canyon!!

“Beautiful Family Trip”
Nice hotel although no pool availability. Food area is very clean, but the food quality needs improvement. Food staff is terrific!

The hotel is great. It is massive and perfectly located if you are doing the railroad. Food? Most convenient is their Fred Harvey restaurant; but the evening buffet is minus 1 out of 1 to 10. “The best summary I have is that this facility didn’t meet my expectations.”
My experience at the hotel was disappointing. Fully expected pool and fitness facilities. This is important to us when we travel. They were being remodeled and not available.
