“Great place to stay”
We will definitely go back. We enjoyed our stay. Place was older but nice. It was clean and fairly spacious. Good price for what we got. Nice having a place to cook. Didn't bring anything to cook with but lady from office got us fixed up with things to cook with. She was very helpful and nice.

“very satisfied”
This is an older motel but clean and spacious rooms. We had a king bed (which was comfortable) that we could actually walk around, there is a full kitchen so if you wanted to stay several days or weeks you could. We will stay again. “Close to shopping plazas”
Even if you cannot find much to visit in Yuma, this place is cheap and authentic, not far from the main plazas. Check in at 15, clean room even if a bit worn out, garden in common, good fridge and cooking stuffs. Bathroom pretty small but clean and tidy.
