True hospitality from arrival to departure. The staff were helpful and friendly and always took the extra step to make sure we were looked after. Nicely appointed room. All you expect if a loyal Marriott member! In town for a conference - provided early check in and late check out and a nice corner king room! “Great loyalty service”
Always great to be taken care of as Bonvoy member, and Alice was so great to allow late checkout when my flight was delayed a few hours. Especially nice since I could have stayed at another hotel where the conference was but turned out to be worth it stay with Marriott
