Our Kasa unit was clean and comfortable. They provided everything we needed and were quick with maintenance and support. This was a perfect and convenient spot for a long term stay in downtown Austin!

I absolutely love Kasa! Everything is well done, and this is my third time staying with them. That said, I do wish there were more options for guaranteed early check-in, and I think they could do a much better job of sending guests their virtual check-in information. The first time I stayed with Kasa, I arrived at the property ready to check in, only to be asked for my access codes by the apartment complex's security guard. I had no idea what he was talking about because, despite booking weeks in advance, I never received any information explaining how to check in. In my mind, I was expecting to check in like I would at any other hotel since I booked it through a hotel booking site. The same thing happened during this stay. I never received my login information for the Virtual Front Desk check-in. Thankfully, since it wasn't my first time staying with Kasa, I knew what to do and reached out directly with my confirmation number. They quickly sent me my login information, and everything was fine from there. I do think this is a flaw in the process. Guests shouldn't have to contact Kasa to receive their login information. Once a reservation is confirmed, that information should be sent automatically, followed by a reminder to complete the setup 48 hours before check-in. I can't imagine a family or a large group traveling with elderly or disabled family members arriving expecting a traditional hotel experience—as I did during my first stay—only to find they can't access their unit because they never received their virtual check-in information explaining the process. Sending that information in advance would also help manage expectations around check-in time. During my first stay, I arrived around noon, assuming I could check in as I would at a traditional hotel because I hadn't received any instructions saying otherwise. I now know not to arrive before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, but only because I've stayed with Kasa before. One additional touch that would make the experience even better would be a quick check-in from staff at the unit during longer stays (three nights or more) to ask if guests need anything. Even a simple text message would go a long way. Also, I love that they clean out and empty the ice maker before each stay. This last stay, they failed to do it, and it was pretty yucky, looks look someone spilled something in the freezer, and the staff didn't clean it, but it was a quick fix for me to just wash it up. Overall, I really enjoy staying with Kasa and will absolutely continue booking with them. I think these small improvements would make an already great experience even better.

Great location downtown! We were attending a concert at ACL live right across the street! The apartment was clean and spacious, great views! Highly recommend staying here !
