“Brian and Bella FANTASTIC”

“11/10 Recommend”
I never write hotel reviews but I had to for the Line! Literally a top 3 favorite experience and I cannot recall the other two 🤣 The decor. The vibe. The amenities. The customer service. The city of Austin. All just perfect. Stay here for a trip highlight ❤️

Stayed for a company offsite and had a great time here. Huge, comfy room. Very good experience with reception employees. The lobby looks amazing, and so does the terrace. “Dangerous elevator situation.”
Serious elevator issue at this hotel. It’s a hazard. What would one do in an emergency, or with someone with mobility issues?! Only one elevator working in each tower, for a 12-story hotel. I was on the 11th floor. The elevator is small and gets crowded. You have to leave extra time to get t... more
