“Kim! The staff were extremely nice!”
First. Easy parking and access to the building from all sides. Very convenient. The swimming pool and gym were great! “Hyatt Place Bakersfield”
Welcoming and pleasant staff greeted us upon entering, even though they were working with another member. Quick and easy check-in through the application online. Getting the room keys was fast and pleasant. Pool was heated and clean. Very friendly staff.

“People could learn from Q”
Thank you Q for the amazing customer service and hospitality!! Went above and beyond for my family!! I wanted to be next door to my grandkids and you did just that! I appreciate your energy and enthusiasm. After 6 hrs of traveling my check in was the smoothest and I am grateful.

Everything about our stay was good. Christen at front desk was great and helped switch our room type. Beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was big and the breakfast options were great.
