Ive been staying here often as I do alot of driving to and from the coast. The whole staff here are well suited for this line of business, ive had exceptional interactions with nearly everyone here. Management, Front Desk, House Keeping, Maintenance...all great! At anytime during my stays that ive encountered an issue (often of my own volition) they have all shown an immediate willingness to help me resolve any problems I may be having...better yet they do so with a positive and friendly attitude. Dosnt matter the issue or what their job titles are they get you taken care of one way or an other. You won't get left thinking "help is on the way" while infact "help" just clocked out early and snuck out the back to avoid seeing you again. Staff all work together, whatever it takes for their guests time and experience to be a pleasant one. Hard to find true GUEST SERVICES these days. La Quinta: BEST SERVICES.👍🏻 Local Options: GHOST SERVICES.👎🏻 Happened to read a few negative reviews on here from people that I remember running across during my stays here. Funny how people will sign legal agreements stating they will abide by the rules of a business establishment and it's property only to turn around and leave reviews as if trying to save others from the atrocities they encountered and were forced to endure. They claim they escaped by the cover of night because of some third world conditions they were exposed or subjected to.....ohhh....but they all fail to mention they were asked to leave because they had forty five people in one room, or shouting matches with bullhorns at two in the morning, or wrapped fire alarms with plastic bags and duck tape, or removed fire alarms and put them in the fridge, or freezer bagged smoke alarms held under water in the tub,or over worked the ice machine selling bargain bagged ice to nearby gas stations, or were hosting beta fish fights with illegal betting, or stole clothes from the laundry facilities, or were checking door locks in the parking lot while their sidekicks acted a fool in the lobby yelling about the sheets being too soft or needing the lotion refilled, demanding front desk call the law because someone snuck in and stole their drugs while they were at subway atttempting to trade a gently used clothes iron and hairdryer for a footlong! 🤔🤨😐🙄🤥..You get the point. Some of the comments would cause one to think "Why would a Saudi Arabian Princess have her solid gold LearJet drop her off in Bakersfield???? If you leave a review try to be honest about it, no one likes your fake believe b.s. storys because your lame and dont think things through. Lets get a review of the real view of the real you, bunch of real fools. People that get mad over the consequences to their own poor choices...especially when they just read and signed a legal document explaining it all 30 minutes earlier need their internet privileges revoked. How do people hurt their own feeling's??" To the upper crust too good to say "please","thank you" or "excuse me".....please get in your base model Mercedes that cost 20 grand less then the Honda your parked next to and go search for your self esteem somewhere else.
