“Incredible hotel with even better staff”
The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and hospitable. The bartenders on the rooftop made incredible cocktails and were very friendly to chat with. I left my wedding band behind and the security staff, specifically Eddy V, made the process seamless for me to get it shipped back to me. I apprecia… more

“Poolside service”
Brigette our pool-side server was SO ATTENTIVE and lovely. We didn’t have to wait to order drinks or flag a server down. Would definitely come back!

“Rooftop pool”
Loved the rooftop pool! Just such a relaxing time, our server Bridgette was very attentive the whole time and kept checking on us throughout the day. Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing pool day.

“Great service”
I stayed in SLS for 4days and the staff in this hotel is so lovely and welcoming. Especially Sebastian from the rooftop bar has been incredible in service, he was so caring and many knowledgeable about LA. The location of the hotel is great to visit many places in LA too. Defiantly coming back.

“Fabulous Stay, Beautiful Hotel, Exceptional Service,”
Girls trip with my teenage daughter and we had a blast! Service was excellent, room was perfect and rooftop was fabulous! Will definitely be back!
