“Great location and place to stay in Big Bear”
Over 60 years and 40 years for my wife and me coming to Big Bear Lake. Usually stayed with family but this time it was 10 years since our last visit. We remember when this hotel was built and wanted to check it out. We weren’t disappointed! Great location, facilities, and staff.

I read all the bad reviews here after booking and was concerned but it was actually fine.
