⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family has been staying at the Hilton Culver City Los Angeles for an extended stay, and I can honestly say this hotel has become more than just a place to sleep. It has felt like a home away from home. The hotel itself is wonderful. The pool is huge, clean, and incredibly family friendly. The entire property is well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. There’s a genuine sense of community here that you don’t often find while traveling. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the people. A heartfelt thank you to Joanne at the front desk, who has been an absolute joy from the very beginning. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel welcome every single day. We also want to recognize Anita, who has been equally wonderful and always greeted us with a smile and genuine care. The restaurant and bar staff have been outstanding. Thank you to Jesus G., Jesus L., Norma, and Temo for your incredible service, friendly conversations, and for always making every meal enjoyable. The coffee bar has become one of our favorite daily stops thanks to Rob, Ashley, and Vernon. Every morning started with smiling faces, delicious coffee, and genuine kindness. Their positive energy truly set the tone for our day. A special thank you to Jay, the bartender, for creating such a welcoming atmosphere, and to Raquel in housekeeping, whose hard work kept our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make us feel like family. From warm greetings and hugs to thoughtful acts of kindness, they have made our extended stay something we’ll never forget. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department works together to create such a genuine feeling of hospitality. The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. I was preparing for an exam, and Ms. Joanna and the front desk team went above and beyond by putting together a thoughtful care package filled with snacks to help me get through my studying. They were also cheering me on the whole time, which meant so much and made me feel incredibly supported. My family and I always enjoy staying here, and this was actually our fifth time at this hotel. The exceptional hospitality and genuine care from the staff keep us coming back. We will definitely stay here again!

Although every hotel worker (who we encountered) was super nice, I give the hotel a 3 stars. Here's why: First of all, the girl we checked in with was chewing gum and it was completely an unprofessional look. Big no-no. We were given a room on a floor where almost every room on that floor was having construction done. Hotel did accommodate us in another room (which we truly appreciate with complimentary breakfast), but the inconvenience of having to pack all of our stuff (family of 4) was not fun. Then the new room that was given to us, the air conditioning would turn on on its own, even after turning it off. The air conditioning would turn on at 3 AM making the room very cold. I did call front desk at 3:30AM but techs didn't start work until 5AM. This was very upsetting since we did have two babies in the room, they could have gotten sick. We stayed at Hilton because we were attending the World Cup at Sofi Stadium. The day we were heading out to the game, the elevator got stuck. Are you kidding me?! I'm claustrophobic and didn't want to panic but it was pretty frightening. Staff was wonderful. Sorry but I cannot remember the two young ladies names at front desk who helped us. One helped us with relocating rooms and she was wonderful, the other gave my two girls a birthday gift. I was truly touched by the gesture. Over at valet, Noe always had a smile on his face. He was very pleasant and nice. He helped us out with recommendations to restaurants, museums, etc. we joked around, he just had a very nice personality, which is nice to see at valet. Overall the hotel is nice, would recommend.
