Multiple stays and always a friendly check in and quick to provide any extras we need. Appreciate Andrik (sp?) providing some morning conversation while I wait for the rest of the group to get ready. Went with friends who stayed at another nearby hotel. After comparing rooms, they wished they'd stayed at Alamo. Rooms are always clean and stocked. They have a pool but it stays fairly quite, even if your in the building backed up to the street the noise is not bad. The Left building does have small patios, nice if you're the 1st one up and ready to step out and sit. No breakfast, but the room value helps offset the food cost. Dennys is across the street for those that want to eat before hitting DTD or the parks. From Alamo to Security Lines is less than a 15 minute walk

“Great Stay”

Everything was as expected. Free parking a plus with parking next to our room. Front desk folks were great. Room was larger than expected for the 2 of us. The bathroom was upgraded. Had a fridge, coffee and microwave. We walked to Disney from here. I would come back again.

“Great location & amenities”

Great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Complimentary parking is fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and included a usb-a and usb-c outlet which was nice since I forgot to pack my charging block. Will stay again.

I booked this hotel pretty far in advance for an event at the convention center. It's pretty close, though every "block" around here is fairly large so it's still about a 10-15 minute walk just to get there. It's a very straightforward walk at least. Checking in and out were both simple, and late check-out is available from 11am-1pm for just $20 an hour, which seemed reasonable. I did find it odd that neither check-in nor the room itself included any kind of pamphlet listing amenities or at least a wi-fi password; they do have wi-fi, but you have to ask the front desk for the password. Since I assumed this would be included inside the room itself, this meant a trek or call back to the office later to get this. I initially got a room with 1 Queen-sized bed. It was a fairly simple room with nothing fancy, but still including everything you'd expect: bathroom with a toilet and shower, sink and mirror outside (for easy access while someone's using the bathroom), a closet with some hangers (though no spare bedding), a desk with a chair, a K-cup coffee maker, TV (we did not review channels), a hairdryer, even a microwave and fridge included by default. No safe that we could find, but there were 3 sizable drawers and more less-visible storage space under the floating night stands at least. The room had a standard under-window air conditioning unit that worked fine; we can even confirm that the heater works, after using it accidentally. Though it clearly hadn't been run in a long time, as it smelled like burning hair. Hard to hold that against the hotel since there's rarely a reason to use that in Anaheim, but it could probably use a regular dusting. There was no decoration or ambience to speak of; this is a place to stay between going to more exciting places, not a place to hang out and enjoy on its own. Noise levels were okay, though the small window in the bathroom was half-open when we got there, which led me to assume that's their preference for ventilation. Leaving the window open however will result in a lot more noise from people outside. The shower from the unit next door was also quite audible to us, though we didn't otherwise notice noise from other guests. Originally the room was meant for just me and my husband, though later I was able to convince a relative to visit while we'd be in town. I was able to extend my stay for that visit fairly easily; though my original booking couldn't be edited by the hotel (since it was done through a third-party), it was simple enough to add an extra night. They also offer rollaway beds, which meant instead of moving to a bigger room we could just have that brought in once the relative arrived. I didn't realize however that the rollaway is just a twin, which made things difficult for the relative's boyfriend who joined with her. To be fair to the hotel I never did ask the size of the rollaway, and maybe this is common knowledge about them, but if not I wanted to mention it. I also had to ask for extra bedding to be provided with the rollaway, which felt strange that wouldn't be assumed. The primary bed was okay, not the worst I've slept on but also far from the best. The mattress felt a bit like an inflated balloon compared to the foam mattress I was used to at home. The pillows provided felt nice enough but were just the right thickness to be not thick enough on their own, but too thick to fold. Bedding included multiple sheets and blankets which worked well for adjusting personal temperatures. The bedding provided for the rollaway bed was much more basic, really just one blanket and maybe a pillow. I was glad my relative had brought some bedding from home just in case. The room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned almost every day without our asking, which was fine for us as we had no preference either way. The hotel does have a pool, but it's outdoors and the weather was still occasionally chilly and breezy enough that we didn't make use of it. The hotel also partners with some nearby restaurants and included a brochure in the room that had coupons. The room key itself also included a discount at the nearby Denny's. I'm not super familiar with the area but it seemed like (non-Disney) hotels having their own in-house restaurants wasn't that common here. Overall, our stay at this hotel was very "okay." It served its purpose, and while we didn't sleep great the primary draw was the location and cost. And if that's your focus, it's hard to beat for the area. If you can spend a little more though, there are other hotels both closer and/or more comfortable to stay at.
