“Personal frustration fixed by hotel when they didn’t have to!”
I booked a guest at this hotel and they voiced a frustration to me. I called the hotel and explained the misunderstanding asking if there is anything they could do to remedy the situation. “Would stay here again”
Check in was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for our family, pull out sofa was just that- a sofa bed! Room really needs a larger table and more than one chair. Enjoyed the pool area, very clean. Great location and close to Disneyland. Will definitely stay here again.
