During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the significant upgrades since my last visit several years ago. The renovations have have made this hotel a really nice place to stay. The hotel's location remains one of its best features, situated just a few blocks away from Disneyland. Makes it an excellent choice for travelers planning to visit Disneyland. Most of the rooms here are suites, offering lots of space. My suite featured a king bed, a separate bathroom, and a small living area with a table and sofa. The sofa conveniently converts into a bed, which is a great option if you need extra sleeping space. The room was very clean and well decorated. The hotel does offer breakfast in the mornings, which I believe is included with your stay. Even though we stayed over New Year’s Eve, the hotel maintained a quiet environment, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bed very comfortable. Customer service during check-in and check-out was excellent; the staff made me feel welcome, as always. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging, as the hotel shares its lot with a restaurant and two additional hotels. Hotel is a great place to stay when near Disneyland

We had a good experience one night at this hotel as a base of operations for visiting the Disney parks. It's 10 minutes or so away from the resort...we came in the night before with the intention of being close enough to get to the park when it opened. We drove to the park from the hotel as we didn't want to spend the extra time at the end of our day making our way back to the hotel to get the car. This was convenient for our needs but probably a mistake as the time it took to get into the parking lot, on the tram etc took a lot longer than we'd wanted. In retrospect we should have taken advantage of the shuttle from the hotel both in terms of saving parking money as well as time. The hotel itself is nice and on brand with any other Embassy Suites we've been too...very similar overall. We travel with our son and like to have a separate space so having an all suites hotel with a separate room for us to be in with a door that closes...especially at the same price or less than what it might cost to get a basic room at another hotel is huge. Our room was clean. The breakfast opened early enough for us to get what we needed before heading to the park. The coffee was good! If you're traveling with a family, this is a great option near the Disney Resort. Just consider using the local ART shuttle to get right to the entrance plaza of the park and avoid all the extra parking time.

We made our reservation more than two months in advance and checked in on their app at about noon. ID self at front desk to Kolotita as a scheduled guest. Room was not ready so asked to use restroom. Directed to restroom near fitness center. One restroom was out of service and the other one had a family hogging it for a very very long time. We finally saw a maintenance person who directed us to doors near the reception desk to where there is a nice restroom with 6 stalls. So why didn’t the staff let us know? At 1:30 pm We arrived at the hotel not expecting our room to be ready but still we let the front desk know we were here. We came back at 3:00 and still the room wasn’t ready. But we sat and watched multiple guests check in and go straight to the elevator to their rooms. Molly was great. When she brought us our room key at 4:20 she told us that the parking during our entire stay was on the house. Then when I showed her the ragged bath towel that housekeeping put in our room, Molly gave us two warm towels. It was nice that H/K came in to tidy up on the 2nd day. Unfortunately, it was the 2nd time we received a ragged bath towel. In my pocket book this is a $$$$ hotel so we would expect better quality. Additionally, on our last morning we had to call maintenance due to the toilet water filled up to the rim. Thank goodness it was clear. The old grout needs deep cleaning on the tiled floor in the bathroom. The hallway carpet is old and worn out. Lastly, since the kitchen was under maintenance the breakfast food was tasteless and cold. The evening appetizers were a joke, basket of chips, salsa, tasteless hummus with cucumber and celery. Not returning to this location ever again.
