“10/10 can’t wait to come again!”
Alize at Grand Legacy at the park was so helpful and made our stay here so welcoming. We will definitely be back and will stay here every time with come to Disney or the surrounding area!

“Great stay & customer service”
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We just want to give a shoutout to samantha who was great! Her friendly attitude instantly set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel itself was a very comfortable stay. We will be back.

We've stayed at the Grand Legacy many times and always with no issues. This recent visit though, the bathroom fan wasn't working creating a very humid, stuffy feeling in the bathroom when you walked in after someone has taken a shower.
