We came in for Disneyland and this hotel was at a good distance. It's within walking distance if you don't mind another half mile or so (we walked to the park but were so tired after we got a Lyft back). We took an early flight and arrived before check-in but we asked if they could go ahead and park and walk to the park. They said that wasn't a problem but they even had the room ready so we were able to go ahead and check-in! This was great so we could freshen up after the flight and driving! The parking felt a tad expensive, but I love that you had to use your room key to enter and exit the parking lot. The hotel is long and we were in the back, so the walk to the room from the front door felt like it took a while. Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind if you need easy access rooms. The TV was a smart TV where it had my name and you can log into various streaming services to watch TV. In our room, the bathroom sink was not behind a closed door, only the toilet and tub were. For our family this wasn't a big deal, but if you need/want more overall bathroom privacy, it's something to ask if they have a different set up in other rooms. Staff was all super friendly. The hotel and immediate area felt safe and inside was spotless. The suite was a great size with a small kitchenette (didn't realize at the time the difference of suites vs regular rooms, omg my eyes have been opened!). Breakfast had to be the topping on the cake! This was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. The options were amazing; rice, beans, tortillas, fruit, pancakes, etc., and they all tasted great! We didn't get to use the other amenities or the outdoor lounge/play area, but from a passing glance they all looked nice. This is easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in and would be my top choice if we visit again.

Eithen from front desk was amazing he very kind and helpful our entire stay. he made sure he answered all of our questions. Our stay was very nice we will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation. Keep up the good work eithen

I’m a single traveler and stayed here. My sis and nieces stayed at the Lulu. I am a Hilton platinum/gold member. PRO-They all agreed this hotel was super quiet, compared to their hotel. I did not eat breakfast but it was well appointed. And the guests seemed to like it. I grab some hot coffee and it was good. My room was a king room on the end, 3rd floor. It was VERY quiet the first 2 nights. VERY. I got 2 great nights of sleep. The AC worked great (it was not a wall unit but a unit by the window). This is a super easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot. My room overlooked that lot. You can walk to the lot, go through security and hop on the Disney bus that lets you out right at the gate. Super convenient. CON-The 3rd night….there were maybe 3 teens staying in the room that connected to my assigned room. There was door connecting. They attempted to enter my room a few times. Which isn’t super comfortable for a single, female traveler. Then they returned late (maybe they’d been at grad night?). They woke me up bc I could hear them. Is this the hotels fault? No. But it may cause me to pause when booking in the future. PRO-William and Jovani are the stars at the hotel. They were super friendly Everytime I saw them and asked if I needed anything. (Kevin and Adriana were also friendly).

“Excellent Stay for Disneyland Trip (but no shower caps)”

We stayed here during a recent trip to Disneyland and overall it was a perfect home base LOCATION - this hotel is literally next to the Toy Story parking lot so we were able to walk there in the morning (about a 7-minute walk with young kids), go through security, and hop on the shuttle BREAKFAST - we were very impressed by the breakfast, offerings were different everyday and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. It was very busy in the mornings (everyone is trying to eat and rush off to Disneyland!) but we always felt the staff did an excellent job replenishing the food, and wiping off tables and keeping the dining area clean. ROOM - the room itself was very spacious, the only thing that was offputting was the strong smell of the chemicals used in the cleaning agents - we were hit by the smell when we opened the door and it was unnecessarily strong, I hope the hotel considers using different cleaning agents that are not as harsh. One star off as I forgot to pack a shower cap - when I asked the front desk if they had any, they said "no, but you can buy some" almost in a sarcastic way. That was unexpected as it's something very basic other hotels offer, let alone a Hilton-branded hotel.
