“Great Stay!”
Excellent customer service, great breakfast options and very clean. Short distance walk to Toy Story parking lot for shuttles to Disney and the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

“One of our GO TO Hotels”
The location is great! Toy Story parking lot is right across Harbor. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfy bed, which is super important after walking 13+ miles in a day. “Disney visit”
The room provided us all we needed comfortably. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a nice selection. Distance to Disneyland was perfect and the location to other restaurants was good.

“Comfortable Rooms, Confusing Arrival”
The hotel is clean, and the food is decent. The biggest challenge is finding the property. Parking can be confusing because you need to use the second driveway, not the first, and your room key only works at the Hyatt gate.
