“First time, not the last time”
This was my first reservation at Hyatt Place. The coffee/tea bar available at walk in was an excellent perk. The hotel’s short walk to the Galleria is plus. The staff is so friendly. “Great staff and location”
Great welcoming staff, great location, the breakfast was good. My neighbors were a little noisy but this wasn't the hotels fault. I will definitely stay here again.

“Choose Hyatt Place for good value and service!”
A great bargain for a class act hotel stay with not all the frills of higher priced spots but friendly competent staff, clean comfortable rooms and great location

“Good Services, But Could be Better”
Staffs were very friendly. Room was pretty spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is pretty good as well. However, there are some parts are less enjoyable. Parking can be an issue. “1 night stay”
We only stayed one night. Wasn’t able to check in early. Never got the text our room was ready, tried to call, no one picked up. Didn’t ask if we had a car, valet is expensive.
