“Pleasant stay”
Clean hotel. Wonderful staff - everyone was friendly and professional. Good breakfast included. Enjoyed the fun “plinko” game.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's centrally located and the staff was great. No issues getting last minute packages delivered here. “Happy!”
Good customer service, clean, nice area with lots of things to do around, free breakfast. Kids liked it too. Would definitely come back.

This was my first reservation at Hyatt Place. The coffee/tea bar available at walk in was an excellent perk. The hotel’s short walk to the Galleria is plus. The staff is so friendly.
