My stay at the Anthem hotel was excellent! I don’t often leave reviews unless thoroughly impressed. Often times we see the ugly reviews but it us important to give credit where credit is due. The excellent customer service began even before I arrived. I was on my way into LA in its busy freeways when I decided to check in via the mobile app. It was only then about 40 min prior to my arrival that I realized I had booked the stay for the wrong weekend! I called the Hilton customer service and a lovely woman by the name of Paige collaborated with Christina, a representative at the Anthems front desk. Christina was able to make the last minute accommodations without having applied any cancellation fees. I was beyond pleased with the prompt and excellent service. Upon my arrival to the Anthem, I was met by Christina who helped me the check in process. In the short check in process, I learned more about the Hilton’s Honors system than I have when checking in at any other Hilton nationwide. I travel a lot due to work and I have never met a representative more knowledgeable and thorough. I learned that you can if you are ever not traveling, you can use your Hilton Honors points for purchases through Amazon! I learned about being able to accrue additional points by using Lyft and I learned that you earn more points by staying at the Hilton’s Tapestry Hotel collections. You can tell Christina really takes pride in the work she does and helping Hilton Honors members maximize on their benefits. Not to mention, the hotel ambiance is really welcoming. Eccentric furniture followed by an airy open space. The pillow and sheets were amazing! The room was clean with a good supply of towels. Everything was in excellent condition. I enjoyed breaksfast at Tom’s watch bar which is open and serviced to hotel guests. There was other guests enjoying the hot tub early in the morning. The pool area was nice and clean and very well stocked.

“Carol and Christina”

Christina and Carol were very helpful and generous, my friend’s shoe ripped before our concert and Carol let us have the shoes in her trunk, her generosity and kindness really left a great impression on us and guaranteed our business with the Hilton in the future.

Luis made my experience at Anthem memorable! He was welcoming every time I entered the lobby, informed about the happenings both in and out of the hotel and was able to answer any of my questions with both knowledge and levity!! On a personal note, I’m not as heavy of a sleeper as I use to be. The planes are very present when trying to fall asleep, but nothing some earbuds can’t fix. Note that if you don’t opt in for valet, street parking can be difficult with events happening nearby.
