Lovely room, very frustrating that your room number is not with your key and had to call support (Great support) to find out my room number. Really nice place to stay and the facitities were great. One minute walk to the shopping center

The lady in charge of the rental, Ann Zirpoli, is un-cooperating, cold hearted and indifferent to customers concerns. First, we asked for an early check-in as the 4:00 PM check-in time is too late for our early arrival in the morning in Los Angeles. She adamantly refused to accommodate us and asked for a $50.00 extra fee. Then, after we asked to speak to her supervisor, she accepted a 2:00PM early check-in after a series of email exchanges. Also, 2 or 3 days before our arrival date, we asked for the move-in instructions which she refused to provided giving as an excuse than her computer was not available and that she had to check whether we had paid up before sending these instructions. The result was we were left without the printout of the move-in instructions when we departed from home and we were obliged to retrieve these instructions from our mobile phone by the time we got to the apartment complex. We had to scramble to find all the required information to access the safebox, the keybox and to many other information that we should have had before our departure from home, instead of getting them on location at the last minute. It took us in total more than an hour and a half to have access to our apartment. Finally, we have the problem with the transponder to open the parking gate and we called Roseann to ask for instructions on how to use the transponder. She asked us << to try to insert it into something>> to make it work. Asked why she was not aware on how to use the transponder, she answered that she simply did not know and furthermore, that this question was never asked to her before. When asked where her office was located as we wanted to come to her office to personally talk to her about her poor service, she laughed and answered that it was in New Jersey and therefore, she could not be reached physically. I personally feel that this kind of behavior and service are quite unacceptable by any standards.
