“Birthday weekend”
Wow! Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for a birthday celebration, and we were impressed by the hotel. The look, ambiance and feel of the hotel was amazing. “Good hotel in great location”
We stayed at this hotel twice in February prior to 2 cruises leaving from the World Cruise Terminal in San Pedro. This Marriott is in a great location. “New Years in Long Beach”
We were with a tour group over New Years. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and was so pretty. Close to the water where the Queen Mary was docked. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The 'North Pole Park' was lit up at night. We felt safe knowing the room keys had to access the elevators.

“Downgraded to average property”
We stayed here when it was the Ramada Renaissance years ago. It's a Marriott now. Stayed four days. The hotel used to have vallet parking, a doorman, and a beautiful waterfall by the front door. All that gone now. It's no longer a full service hotel. Kind of disappointed and recall the past.
