We stayed here prior to going on a cruise with our family. The hotel was spotless. The staff were super helpful with anything we needed. While the customer service and the people were amazing, checking me in. As soon as I got to the room, I noticed there were a lot of black hairs on the floor as if the bathroom floor had not been cleaned.
