“Outstanding staff, some upstairs maintenance needed”
Outstanding help and service from Tiffani, Andy, Jose and Maria for a recent stay with multiple people and rooms to manage. 5 stars for the staff. Upstairs, some signs of deferred maintenance needed (curtains, soap containers, porthole windows near the elevators). Great stay overall, many thanks
