“Perfect for a pre cruise stay.”
Pre cruise stay. We had a harbor room view and had a chance to see ships come and go. We did have a drink in their restaurant/lounge area but we didn't eat there. It was very convenient for getting on our cruise. I would recommend it.

“Nice”
It was busy. The bed was great and the shower was good. The jacuzzi was warm. If I ever go pick someone up at the cruise port I would stay here. Close to restaurants too.

“Dull and below standard for Crowne Plaza”
Stayed one night as most people seem to. This hotel exists to serve the pre-cruise market and helpfully provides a regular shuttle bus to the cruise terminal which is great and the food and service in the restaurant was ok, but that’s about all the positives I can think of. Convenient hotel for a cruise tomorrow but basically 2-3* hotel at 4* prices. 1. Don’t bother with the harbor view ‘up charge’. The view is not guaranteed.
